CA. Amita Jain has been associated with Prashant Shroff & Associates as a Partner since 2013. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with substantial experience in the fields of direct taxation and audit & assurance.

Her core areas of practice include personal income tax and corporate taxation, where she advises clients on compliance, planning, and regulatory matters with precision and diligence. She is also actively involved in statutory audits, tax audits, bank audits, and concurrent audits, ensuring adherence to applicable legal and professional standards.

Umesh Dalal serves as the Head of Relationship Management at Prashant Shroff & Associates (PSA). In this role, he acts as a vital link between the firm’s clients and its processing team, ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and timely execution of assignments.

He is known for building and maintaining strong, cordial, and long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust through his responsive approach and attention to client needs. His commitment to punctuality and reliability ensures that client requirements are handled with efficiency and care. 

In addition to his client-facing responsibilities, he leads the team of Relationship Managers at PSA. He is actively involved in training, mentoring, and guiding team members, promoting a culture of professionalism, accountability, and client-centric service.

Ms. Anju Maheshwari is a Relationship Manager at Prashant Shroff & Associates (PSA), where she plays an important role in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the firm.

She is known for handling her clients with utmost sophistication, professionalism, and respect, fostering trust and long-term associations. Her client-centric approach and attentive service ensure that client requirements are addressed efficiently and with due care.

Sanjay Dwivedi is the senior-most team member at Prashant Shroff & Associates (PSA), bringing with him extensive experience and deep expertise in the field of indirect taxation.

He primarily handles matters relating to GST, VAT, Professional Tax, and other indirect taxes, and is well-versed in addressing complex compliance and advisory requirements. His domain strength extends to litigation and departmental proceedings, including assessments, search and seizure cases, and departmental audits, where he provides strategic guidance and effective representation.

Mr. Dwivedi is known for his practical approach, thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks, and ability to navigate intricate tax matters with clarity and precision. With an illustrious professional journey spanning over five decades since 1972, he is widely regarded as a stalwart of the taxation fraternity in the Nimar region of Madhya Pradesh.

A highly respected tax consultant, his areas of expertise include Personal Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Succession Planning, and Mediation. Ms. Sheetal Shroff leads the Quality Control function at Prashant Shroff & Associates (PSA), where she is entrusted with safeguarding the firm’s commitment to excellence, ethics, and timely delivery.

She plays a critical role in aligning human resources with the firm’s professional objectives, ensuring that every assignment is executed with focus, accountability, and precision. Her oversight ensures that PSA consistently delivers high-quality services within defined timelines, without any compromise on standards.
